Office Expansion
2024

Project Brief

The client is looking to expand their existing office and needs new cubicles for the employees who will occupy this space. There should be seven workstations that provide a private office feel while maximizing light from the windows throughout the space. The open office should be grouped by department, and should provide privacy for each employee. There should be a clear space for a printer and files for storage that is accessible by everyone in the office. The company would also like to provide the option of a height adjustable desk to each employee.

Office Project
2024

Project Brief

The client is looking to update their office furniture with new workstations and a new collaboration space. The collaboration space should provide options for more formal and casual seating options as this space will be used for meetings, individual touchdown, and meals. There should be workstations for twelve employees each with a height adjustable desk and some storage. There are columns in this space, so it is important that they are not disrupting how the employees are working in their space.

School Atrium
2024

Project Brief

The client is looking to update their atrium with new furniture. There is a lot of natural light in this space, so the furniture and finishes should help maximize the light coming in. While the finishes should be bright and bring in the school colors to make the space fun and inviting, they need to hold up to students and traffic that enter the atrium. Although students sometimes use this, it is primarily used  by teachers for meetings, prep time, and lunch breaks, so there should be options for collaborative and individual seating.

Office Reconfigure
2024

Project Brief

The clients have a variety of locations and are looking to consolidate them. One location is closing and their employees need to move between the other two locations. The second location needs to be reconfigured to fit three more workstations, and this location needs to be reconfigured to fit as many employees as possible. They have quite a bit of existing product between their three locations and would like to minimize the amount of new product needed. The workstations should be grouped by department, but since product is coming from three locations, it is important to take finishes into consideration to keep them from being mixed together. The clients would like to sell the excess product from the first location, so whatever is left over will need to be reconfigured as well.
